FMP + is the exclusive installer / distributor in Belgium of the Swiss brand Skyframe. FMP + creates outstanding results with a minimalistic look with quality framed glass in star restaurants, art galleries, luxury apartments, villas and other high-quality architectural construction projects. To guarantee high quality, FMP + is based on a well thought-out organization, its own workshop, its own engineering office and a team of 50 motivated employees who are specialists in their field.

The situation

In order to guarantee a strong result in a very exclusive and demanding niche market, it is on the one hand opted to work with professionals who have relevant and stable work experience but are also inspired by the vision of the company. On the other hand, investments are made in strong guidance to ensure growth possibilities of employees and the continuity of the organization. The qualifications and motivation of the company’s employees are therefore essential for the success of any project. In the run-up to their collaboration on the most exclusive construction project in Flanders (One Carlton, Knokke Le Zoute), FMP + started the collaboration with Pareto HR. Thoughtfulness, sustainability and customization were more than ever the priority during this period. We chose to expand FMP + in a very stable and well thought-out.

The solution

How did we manage to achieve this result? In order to guarantee sustainability and retention, we were given the opportunity by management to get to know some employees (both blue-collar and technical employees and managers). In this way we formed a good picture of the company and its mission. We were very focused during our selection procedure as we knew very clearly which characteristics and qualities increased the candidates’ chances of success. The close cooperation ensured that the suitable and highly sought-after candidates were also strongly convinced of their future at FMP + and could count on strong guidance and onboarding.

The result

We integrated a project manager, technical designer, estimator, welder, fitter and 3 installers into the company over a period of 3 years. Our candidates are still proud and motivated employees at FMP + today. The result is that we continuously support our client in finding, screening and integrating strong employees with a view for high retention. We apply a sustainable recruitment strategy and contribute to the human capital at FMP +.
